The best way to learn about wines and discover what types of wines are your favorites, is to sit down and taste them. Eleanor Berra will lead a tasting of wines from the Bordeaux region of France (in English). Long home of cabernet sauvignon based wine, Bordeaux produces some of the highest rated wines in the world. Come and enjoy a sampling from this region, and see if you can find a new wine to enjoy.

Seating is limited to 20 and on a first-come basis. Must be 21+ years of age.

Venez faire la cuisine en français! Régardez, écoutez, et parlez français dans la cuisine pour un menu d'automne. Jean-Pierre Augé fera une galette de céréale avec tomates, fromage, et les crevettes, canard à l'orange avec mange-tout et carottes, et strudel aux pommes avec crème au kümmel.

About Chef Jean-Pierre Augé:
Chef Jean-Pierre Augé became an apprentice chef in his hometown of Vatan, France at the age of thirteen. He has served President Charles de DeGaulle, the Queen of England, President Dwight Eisenhower, the Kennedys, Aristotle Onassis, actors, vice presidents, secretaries of state and several U.S. astronauts. Chef Jean-Pierre Augé has taught cooking classes for over thirty years. He is an entertaining storyteller, and offers delicious classic French cuisine. He has a flair for elegant presentations and sophisticated recipes.

Seating is limited to 18 and sells out quickly.
