The cost of the class covers tuition only. Books and membership are additional. Contact the office for cost.

You must be a member of the Alliance Française to register for a class.

Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration. In order to obtain a tuition refund or tuition credit, a student must officially withdraw in writing to the AF office. Notice of withdrawal by telephone is not accepted. Failure to attend classes or notification to the instructor does not constitute official withdrawal.

Absences: there are no make-ups, refunds or tuition credits for missed classes.

Forms of payment accepted:

• Cash
• Check, payable to Alliance Française de St. Louis
• Credit card: Visa or MasterCard.

Any new students wishing to enroll in a class beyond Beginning I are advised to take a placement test before registering for a course. Please contact the Alliance office for details.

The Alliance Française reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient. If you are registered in a course that is cancelled, you will be notified by telephone. Tuition and materials are then fully refunded or credited.

Books should be paid for when registering, and picked up prior to, or at, the first class.
